DIAStudio Smart Machine Suite

Delta’s DIAStudio Smart Machine Suite is an integrated engineering software package designed to simplify and reduce the time required for the setup process in machinery systems. Tasks such as product selection (Delta’s HMIs, PLCs, servo drives and motors, AC motor drives), PLC programming, quantitative parameter setting, machine tuning and HMI integration can all be executed smoothly on one platform with DIAStudio’s key tools.

DIAStudio Smart Machine Suite includes the following:

  • DIASelector: Provides a PC (Windows) and APP-based (Android & iOS) and Web mechanism for quick product selection in the machine system.
  • DIADesigner: Provides an integrated environment of controllers and terminal equipment to proceed with project management, IEC61131-3 programming, and parameter setting, adjusting & monitoring, allowing users to quickly implement complex industry application.
  • DIADesigner-AX: Supports Delta’s new generation motion controller (AX series) based on IEC 61131-3 programming with a large number of built-in application commands and powerful motion control library.
  • DIAScreen: Provides wizards for configuration, communication, Operation Interface design, Variable Tag sharing with DIADesigner and DIADesigner-AX
