Delta debuts its new Multi-channel CNC Controller NC5 Series at TIMTOS x TMTS 2022 with the theme of “Cloud & On-premises Integration for Smart Manufacturing.”
Observing the trend that the machine tool industry has moved towards smart manufacturing, Delta demonstrates one-stop smart machining solutions with software-hardware integration. The exhibited solutions integrate IIoT, big data analytics, Cyber-physical Systems (CPS), and lean management for the CNC smart production architecture.
Delta introduces its new Smart CNC System Architecture and launches its new CNC Controller NC5 Series at the same time.
Delta uses the CNC controller as the core and connects to Delta’s wide range of products to develop various smart machining solutions.
Delta integrates its brand-new OPEN CNC Controller NC50E and Articulated Robot DRVA4LC to implement the 5-axis machining center solution for a machinery partner. The machine can complete 5-sided machining using a single clamping with RTCP function.
