Delta’s Highlights at CIIF 2025:
M∞Vair Wireless Charging Systems for Industrial Vehicles
At the annual exhibition, Delta focused on its groundbreaking M∞Vair Wireless Charging Systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW for industrial e-vehicles. The M∞Vair Series offers contactless, high-efficiency charging within an air gap of 0-150mm and minimal maintenance for AGVs, electric forklifts, and tuggers. Using Delta's patented PPL (Pad-Pad-Link) magnetic field communication, the M∞Vair Series ensures stable communication and power transmission efficiency up to 95% even in harsh, dusty environments. Besides, the flagship 3.3kW model for small to medium-sized unmanned vehicles was showcased at the exhibition. It’s suitable for airport utility carts, agricultural vehicles, and golf carts, drawing significant industry interest.

Industrial and Medical Power Supplies
DIN Rail Industrial Power Supplies
For factory cabinets and advanced processing equipment, Delta displayed a variety of advanced industrial power supplies, including:
- DIN ECO and DIN PRO Series (120W ~ 960W): Both are designed for a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C. The DIN ECO Series operates in a constant current mode, suitable for both inductive and capacitive loads in applications such as industrial robots, CNC machines, and control cabinets. The DIN PRO series is a high-end model that features an energy efficiency of up to 95% and a 500% / 2ms peak power function, ideal for robotic arms and motors.
- Force-GT Series (120W ~ 960W): The Series is designed for advanced equipment with three-phase and single-phase models. It provides minimal derating curve with only 2.5% power lost for every degree over 55°C (three phase models) or 60°C (single phase models). This feature maintains a near-full load output even in extremely high temperatures, therefore significantly reduces energy consumption and saves the cost of backup power supplies for users. It provides stable, reliable power for demanding applications such as AI server liquid cooling cabinets, semiconductor equipment, industrial robots, and automated machinery.

- DIN Rai DC-UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Modules: With ful battery charging function, these modules are compatible with Delta’s DIN rail power supplies to store power and deliver up to 150% peak power for up to 7 seconds to ensure stable and reliable output voltage for automation control systems, effectively reducing the risk of power outages. They also feature built-in communication between the DC-UPS and the battery, supporting real-time status monitoring; this can intelligently adjust output current to maximize buffer time and secure a continuous and reliable power supply to guarantee uninterrupted operations and enhance data protection for automation equipment. A dynamic display was showcased onsite to demonstrate the UPS module’s rea operation with indicator lights for visitors to easily interpret its operational status.

Panel Mount Industrial Power Supplies
For CNC and production equipment needs, Delta also showcased the high-power panel mount power supplies – the new PMS Series. The Series offer three power outputs: 750 W, 1,200 W, and 2,500 W and 24 V and 48 V voltage outputs, and support instantaneous peak power, ideal for applications with high power demands at startup such as collaborative robots and motor drives.
Another key feature is its active current sharing design. When used in parallel, this function balances the output power of each power supply, preventing a single unit from being overloaded, overheating, or triggering a protection mechanism. Compared to the existing PMR Series, the new PMS Series features the PMBus® communication protocol for real-time and remote monitoring. In the event of an operational anomaly, this feature provides immediate alerts, guaranteeing the production line runs smartly and stably.

Medical Power Supplies
Beyond industrial applications, Delta is also focusing on the medical field, prominently showcasing its MEP and MEG series of medical power supplies.
- Open Frame Type MEP Series: The Series offers output power options of 120W, 200W, 500W, and 600W with up to 95% efficiency. With a compact 3” x 5” footprint, the MEP Series is designed for space-constrained medica devices such as in vitro diagnostic equipment, surgical tables, endoscopes, ultrasound machines, and ventilators. Additionally, the remote sensing function is integrated to offset voltage drops from line losses, ensuring voltage stability at the load. Among the MEP Series models, the MEP-500A is available in both fan-cooled and fanless natural convection models, offering a wide operating temperature range from -30°C to 85°C.
- Configurabe Type MEG Series: The Series faciitates flexible configuration with nine slots for three types of power modules, providing scalable solutions up to 3 kW with output voltages ranging from 2 to 60 Vdc. With a power density of 27 W/in³, the MEG series delivers high power output for large, high-end medical equipment such as CT scanners and MRI machines. Furthermore, the MEG series provides a user-friendly GUI interface for remote access and monitoring, making digital control easy and efficient.
