Delta Presents Power Solutions for Industrial and Data Center Applications at CIIF 2024
Delta has just participated in the China International Industrial Fair 2024 (CIIF 2024) in Shanghai. Echoing the main concept of “New Quality Manufacturing for A Zero-Carbon Future”, Delta demonstrated various solutions for AI data centers, green factories and energy infrastructure, including power solutions such as a charging system for industrial vehicles, industrial equipment, and data centers, attracting many visitors during the five-day event.
Power Solutions for Smart Factories
To realize the industrial vehicles’ unmanned charge in smart factories, Delta exhibited the upcoming M∞Vair 3.3kW Wireless Charging System. It comprises on-board and primary charging units and offers contactless power transfer within a 1-3 cm air-gap range. It features up to 92% power conversion efficiency, suitable for AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicle), AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), and other industrial e-vehicles.
For equipment in smart factories, Delta presented multiple industrial and lighting power supplies, including the high-end, DIN-rail type Force-GT Series, which features a -30°C to 70°C wide range operating temperature and up to 95% efficiency, suitable for harsh environments such as semiconductor equipment, industrial robots, and others. The newest panel mount power supply PMS Series supports peak power, ideal for equipment that requires extremely high instantaneous power when activating, including collaborative robots (cobots), motor drives and other inductive-load applications. To enhance factory outdoor lighting, Delta’s EUCO Arena Sport Series features IP66 protection rating and a -40°C to 50°C wide operating temperature range to meet harsh environment demands.
Server Power Solutions for Data Centers
Delta integrated its diverse, cutting-edge products to create a comprehensive data center solution, including two power products: a tailored 19-inch 33kW power shelf and an ORV3-conforming 21-inch 33kW power shelf. Both are equipped with six 5.5kW power supply units, featuring up to 97.5% power conversion efficiency, and 48V/50V output voltages. The 19-inch power shelf, with volume reduced from 21 to 19 inches without sacrificing power output and efficiency, was specifically designed for NVIDA’s Blackwell platform. This cutting-edge product is the best proof of Delta’s capability in AI power.
