Delta Electronics, Inc. Announces 2024-Q2 Financial Results

Delta Electronics, Inc. today held a meeting of the Board of Directors, at which the Board approved the Company’s financial results for the second quarter of 2024 as well as other resolutions.

Some key resolutions approved by the Board were:
 

• The Company’s financial results for the second quarter of year 2024, in which consolidated sales revenues were NT$103,444 million, net income after tax₍₁₎ was NT$9,948 million, and earnings per share were NT$3.83.

• The intention of acquisition of real estate in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan, for a total transaction price of NT$1,366.88 million for business development use.

• The increase of the total cost of the reconstruction of the Company’s Chungli Plant 1 and the increase of the total cost of the construction of the Company’s Chungli Plant 6, due to price inflation of construction material costs and of execution of followup construction.
