Delta Electronics, Inc. Announces 2023-Q2 Financial Results

Delta Electronics, Inc. today held a meeting of the Board of Directors, at which the Board approved financial results for the second quarter of year 2023 and, among other resolutions, the reconstruction of its Chungli Plant 1.

The Board approved the Company’s financial results for the second quarter of 2023, in which consolidated sales revenues were NT$100,551 million, net income after tax⁽¹⁾ was NT$8,149 million, and earnings per share were NT$3.14.

The Board also approved the reconstruction of the Company’s Chungli Plant 1 for an estimated total cost of NT$2,478 million.
