「2025年度台達年輕學者科技講座」至8月31日申請截止，共有來自13校，75位優秀學者完成申請，經過評審主席團針對書面資料進行初審評分與複審會議討論，在此公布最終結果，獲獎人依領域（姓名）為
電力電子（羅國原）、電力系統（劉建宏）、電動車（蘇育陞）、機器人（劉彥辰）及智慧製造（李家岩）。
A total of 75 outstanding scholars from 13 different universities submitted their applications for the “2025 Delta Young Technology Scholar Award” to meet the deadline of August 31st. Following a rigorous selection process that involved an initial screening, further review, and multiple rounds of deliberations by the selection committee, Delta is pleased to announce the final results. The award recipients, organized by their respective fields, are as follows:
Power Electronics (Kuo-Yuan Lo), Power Systems (Chien-Hung Liu), Electric Vehicles (Yu-Sheng Su), Robotics (Yen-Chen Liu), and Smart Manufacturing (Chia-Yen Lee).
