Delta Reveals Key Equipment for an Upgraded Industry at Smart Manufacturing Webinar 2020

Delta's Industrial Automation Business Group (IABG) has just hosted four smart manufacturing webinars in May. The topics covered Delta's smart manufacturing solutions, from green smart manufacturing, production line preventive maintenance, and modular IIoT construction to exclusive transformation tips for electronics assembly. The speakers shared their production line and equipment management experience, which was well received by nearly 1,000 online attendees. Following smart manufacturing agendas, Delta steered the attendees into manufacturing equipment and key components from the upper level management system.

There will be three webinars from June 5th to 19th. Dedicated to industrial automation for 25 years, Delta's product managers will introduce IA products and how to adopt them to upgrade the machinery industry with actual application cases.

• On June 5th, Broaden the Horizon for Industrial Automation will introduce machine vision products for industrial usages, and present the latest Delta Machine Vision System DMV3000G Series and the Delta Vision Software DIAVision. Delta's machine vision products provide smart, user-friendly and flexible functions and interfaces, fulfilling wide applications for quality inspection, position guidance, identification and size measurement for various industries.

• On June 12th, Connectivity as a Service for IIoT will analyze how to build the equipment IIoT structure with Delta's Managed Switches and Cloud Routers to upload data to the DIACloud Platform. With easy configuration on mobile devices, users are able to setup and manage the production equipment with real-time alarm notification

• On June 19th, the webinar is divided into two parts: EtherCAT PLC for A Head Start & Driving the New Generation will focus on key controllers and AC motor drives. For the first half, Delta will discuss the features of its complete EtherCAT PLC product offering, and how to select the controller that is most suitable for the applications. Delta will then present its latest High Performance Vector Control Drive C2000 Plus Series. Its enhanced over-load capability offers excellent performance and stability for all kinds of heavy load applications in constant torque.
