Delta's Official Statement Regarding the Novel Coronavirus Emergency

Delta has created an internal global command center to closely monitor the current novel coronavirus emergency and to secure the integrity of its global operations. In addition, each of our major manufacturing sites has established taskforces to enhance their respective occupational health and safety standards, and to safeguard our employees' wellbeing.

The working schedule of our facilities in China has already been adjusted, in line with China's Lunar New Year holidays, which have been extended to February 2nd. Additional employee leave will be carried out from Feb 2nd to 9th, in line with local governments' instructions. Workers are expected to be back to duty on Feb 10th. Should the coronavirus crisis exacerbate, each manufacturing site may implement further adjustments, and Delta shall alter the internal regulations governing the operations of its manufacturing sites.

Delta employs close to 150 people in its Wuhan (China) office, most of them in the fields of R&D and business development. As of today, none of them appear to show symptoms related to the coronavirus, but will be continuously monitored. Their return to work will be in line with local regulations.

The Company's overall operations in January have been normal and in line with the Lunar New Year holidays. Our manufacturing sites in China are expected to return to normal operations on Feb 10th and, therefore, our production capacity and supply chain may be affected. Delta is implementing the aforementioned measures and will flexibly manage workforce to ensure that such impact remains minimal. Delta will conduct necessary practices to comply with governments' further instructions regarding the novel coronavirus emergency.
