| Taipei, Taiwan, Nov. 10, 2009 – Delta Electronics, Inc. (Delta Electronics or the "Company") today held a meeting of the Board of Directors, at which the Board approved a subscription of securities of DelSolar Co., Ltd. through private placement. The unit price of the subscription is NT$40 per share. The total amount is approximately NT$3,010,000,000 with a maximum subscription amount of NT$3,400,000,000. The Company's chairman is authorized to arrange matters related to the investment. |
