The “2 Machine Tools + 1 Robot Workstation Production Line” demo will be the highlight of Delta's booth. It integrates the Delta CNC Lathe Solution, High Performance Vertical Machining Center Solution, and Delta Articulated Robot Workstation, simulating automated machine processing and robot pick-and-place tasks. The demo line is equipped with the Equipment IoT Platform DIALink to collect machine operation data and the SCADA System DIAView to monitor real-time machine status, achieving equipment IoT and smart machine management. The robot workstation adopts the latest Delta Robotic Simulation Platform DRASimuCAD. It is a robot workstation simulation platform that combines CAD/CAM for work path generation and planning. With the DRASimuCAD, users can build molds and program robotic work paths easily. It also shortens the planning and adjustment time of the robot station for faster production line automation.
