Delta IA Joins WEFTEC 2017 to Showcase Smart Automation Solutions

Delta Industrial Automation (IA) will participate in the WEFTEC 2017 show in Chicago from September 30th to October 4th and showcase automation products and solutions for smart manufacturing and water treatment, including the Fan/Pump Vector Control Drive CP2000 Series, the Hot Swappable Mid-range PLC AH500 Series, human machine interfaces, smart sensors products, and more. ．The Fan/Pump Vector Control Drive CP2000 Series offers high-capacity fan and pump variable-frequency drive, and adopts enhanced conformal coating on the PCBs to increase environment durability. The CP2000 Series also adopts various application functions for fan and pump command controls, including PID control, sleep/wake up functions, flying start and skip frequency. In addition, the fire mode and bypass mode ensure continuous pressure output to extract smoke when emergencies occur

．The Hot Swappable Mid-range PLC AH500 Series is a mid to high-end controller designed for advanced industrial equipment and system integration. This model adopts high-speed program process capacity (1k steps / 0.3ms) and a hot swap function to provide reliable and continuous program controls to each substation; the system does not need to shut down during maintenance to ensure continuous water treatment processes

．Echoing smart manufacturing, Delta will showcase various Ethernet Switches DVS Series and the IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n Wireless AP DVW Series. Real-time production, factory data exchange, and equipment data acquisition can be easily achieved by connecting to the cloud platform (DIACloud Platform), allowing managers to handle each substation and any abnormal conditions for water treatment management
