Delta IA Spotlights Integration of Smart Control Solutions and Equipment at China Refrigeration 2017

Delta Industrial Automation (IA) recently participated in the China Refrigeration 2017 exhibition at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) from April 12th to 14th. Many visitors came to the Delta booth expressing great interest in smart control equipment and solutions including Delta's Smart HVAC Solution, Air-Conditioning Control System, Water Circulation Control System and IP55 Fan & Pump Drive CFP2000 Series.

This year, Delta put the spotlight on integrating smart, highly efficient products and energy-saving solutions to effectively manage HVAC system procedures. The successful application of IA products and system software in Delta's factories and office buildings not only encapsulates the company's mission statement “To provide innovative, clean and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow”, but also fulfills customer demands for better energy management and a smart green life.

During the event, the featured Delta Smart HVAC Solution employed several industrial automation products including a human machine interface (HMI), the High Performance Mid-range PLC AH500 Series as host controller, the Fan/Pump Vector Control Drive CP2000 Series or IP55 Fan & Pump Drive CFP2000 Series, and the Power Meter DPM Series for energy management and monitoring controls. When matched with the SCADA System's (DIAView) flexible functions such as electricity management analysis, the solution allows staff to easily control power usage with low cost and an improved overall energy-efficiency.

Another highlight was Delta's latest high power IP55 Fan & Pump Drive CFP2000 Series featuring IP55 enclosure protection, built-in EMC filter and DC reactor for effectively lowering harmonic distortion and improving power quality. The CFP2000 is also equipped with an STO safety function and a PLC programming function with up to 10k steps for customers to achieve factory automation and improve their equipment operating efficiency.

Delta's Air-Conditioning Control System offers a comfortable working and living environment by employing the CFP2000 and the DIAView system to lower energy consumption, and monitor and control real-time indoor temperatures. The Water Circulation Control System applies Delta IA products including a human machine interface (HMI), a programmable logic controller (PLC) and the CFP2000 Series with PID controller functions for automatic adjustment and steady pump operating procedures.

The 28th annual international refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, ventilation and frozen food processing exhibition known as China Refrigeration 2017 attracted many visitors and exhibitors from around the world to participate in this annual event.
