Mr. Manish Walia, the head of the IABG's India team and leader of the launch campaign said, “We revealed ten new industrial automation products during the four launch events. This is going to be of great help in developing our target industries and potential customers. Our partners and clients were very excited about these new products as well. Some of them even asked for purchase at the launch events. We are confident to say that the new product promotions are going to bring us great success in sales and market development in India in the following years.”

India is one of the world's top ten economies that covers a huge geographical area - 7th largest in the world - and population. Although two-thirds of India still relies directly or indirectly on agriculture, its fast-growing economy and industry covers manufacturing, textile, handicrafts and services. With the overall level of education rising in India, there is a growing number of outstanding, well-trained professionals in engineering, software development and finance that are devoted to manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, telecommunications, shipbuilding, aviation and other industries, creating great potential in the markets of India.

Knowing India's potential, Delta began strategic marketing development and business in India in 2003. After four years of developing local markets, Delta initiated the promotion and sale of industrial automation products in 2007 under the lead of Manish. With ten years of focusing on technology, field applications and market development in India, Delta's industrial automation has become widely acknowledged by a broad range of Indian clients who continue to provide positive user experience and feedback.

Manish had selected Coimbatore, Pune, Delhi and Ahmedabad as venues for the four new product launch events since these cities are where India's manufacturing and machine making industries have clustered. Pune, for example, has booming automotive and machine making industries, where Manish indicated the launch of the Standard Compact Drive MS300 Series, Compact Modular Mid-range Controller AS Series, and High Performance Servo System ASDA-A3 Series will certainly win major business from key accounts and potential customers.

"One of our customers from the machine making industry was very impressed by our MS300 Series drive that supports both IM and PM motors. He directly ordered an initial purchase of one hundred MS300 Series during the launch event at Pune and is very likely to expand cooperation with Delta," said Manish.

In keeping with the geography, climate, and customs of India, the four launch events began at 6:00pm followed by a dinner party after 9:00pm. The event allowed attendees to have in-depth discussions and experience-sharing with Delta's sales and R&D teams from Taiwan and India. The dinner party lasted until late and was a delightful and memorable evening for all attendees. With the success of the launch events, Delta IABG is set for greater opportunities and achievements in the industrial automation markets of India.
