Event Review: Delta Exhibits at Rajkot Machine Tools Show 2016 and ALUCAST 2016 to Promote Industrial Automation in India

Delta Industrial Automation (IA) recently participated in two exhibitions in India: the Rajkot Machine Tools Show 2016 (November 23 - 26) in Gujarat and the ALUCAST 2016 show (December 1-3) in Bangalore. By employing the Delta Hybrid Energy Saving (HES) System to precisely control and adjust the speed of molding pressure and flow needs of the manufacturing processes, the HES saves up to 60% in energy consumption compared to traditional quantitative pump hydraulic systems and reduces oil usage by 50% to 60% with enhanced production efficiency and low maintenance costs.

• Power Quality Solution
This solution includes Delta's Active Front End AFE2000 Series which can achieve more than 95% power generation efficiency and power factor improvement. By converting regenerative energy into electricity for energy feedback, the AFE2000 reduces energy consumption and can provide Delta's AC motor drives with quick and maximum braking for operations in the machine tools and lathes industries.

• Industrial Power Supply
For India's increasing local demand in industrial applications, Delta offers industrial power supplies with high stability and efficiency including DIN rail, panel mount, and open frame models.
