Final Countdown to See Delta's Advanced CNC Solutions with IIoT Technology at TMTS 2016

Delta Industrial Automation will soon participate in the Taiwan International Machine Tool Show (TMTS) 2016, at booth 4C338, Hall 4, from November 23 to 27 and present our most advanced smart CNC solutions, IIoT technology, and smart machine solutions.

With the latest trends in smart manufacturing, the machine tool industry continues to focus on enhancing equipment efficiency and processing quality. Delta echoes the theme with smart CNC machines and is cooperating with some of our partners, who are famous CNC makers in Taiwan, to demo two high speed, high precision lathe and vertical processing machines integrated with Delta's motion systems (CNC controllers and ASDA-A2 series AC servo drives). Delta is highlighting the lathe and is presenting it along with Delta's newly announced Articulated Robot DRV Series to construct a complete two-in-one CNC processing and pick-and-place demo at our booth.

In addition, Delta will cooperate with Fair Friend ENT. CO., Ltd., one of the biggest and best known CNC manufacturers in Taiwan. We will integrate our new DIAOEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness platform and IIoT technology, and connect the CNC machines displayed at Delta and Fair Friend's booths to monitor and present current machine status on the DIAOEE platform in real-time. Visitors will be able to see Delta's CNC machine demo information at Fair's Friend's booth, and vice versa at Delta's booth. It will be a great live display of IIoT technology and smart machines, as well as the future of smart manufacturing.

For smart manufacturing, Delta will showcase its newly announced DRV series articulated robot and DRV60L series SCARA robot with a 600mm arm length, as key components for high precision and highly flexible applications of the multi-angle insertion workstation and conveyor tracking for a glue dispensing workstation.

For smart green factories, Delta will integrate smart machine solutions with automation products and monitoring systems, including Equipment Data Acquisition Platform DIALink, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) System DIAview, and IEMS (Industrial Energy Management System) DIAEnergie to build complete smart machines and green smart factory solutions.
