All data is managed by the Industrial PC IPC Series and preserved by Delta's internet cloud service for customers' real-time management. This system architecture fosters higher productivity and flexibility in a wide range of manufacturing processes with its “customer-centric” logistic management approach.

Ÿ.Delta focuses on smart, automated processes and is showcasing the Multi-angle Insertion Workstation with 6-axis Articulated Robot DRV90L Series and Conveyor Tracking Glue Dispensing Robot Workstation with SCARA Robot DRS60L Series (arm length: 600mm). The Multi-angle Insertion Workstation takes advantage of the 6-axis Articulated Robot DRV90L Series' flexibility and precision. With an additional claw, the DRV90L performs high-speed and precise multi-angle insertion with different workpieces, and can be applied to various processes. The Conveyor Tracking Glue Dispensing Robot Workstation adopts Delta's SCARA Robot DRS60L Series, which features an arm length of 600mm and excellent speed, repeatability, linearity and verticality. The DRS60L, matched with Delta's robot control solution, demonstrates excellent performance when simulating the conveyor tracking glue dispensing process at the exhibition grounds and it has attracted the attention of many visitors. Delta has already applied its SCARA robot solutions for conveyor tracking glue dispensing processes in its Wujiang Plant in China, which effectively reduces issues such as human error, inconsistent glue dispensing amounts, and position deviation.

Ÿ.Multiple Water Pumps Control Solution performs pump management with several control modes, such as pressure, temperature or constant level, and provides a configurable hardware and software system to control up to four pumps. The solution is suitable for water pumps in HVAC systems, water treatment, and other applications that require multiple pump control. In addition, the solution supports remote connection via 3G router and Delta's internet cloud service. Users can remotely maintain and manage the whole system through Windows, Android, and iOS systems.

.Delta offers embedded and PC-Based CNC Solutions for engraving machines, wood carving machines and other machine tools, and serves customers with high speed, high precision and high flexibility. Delta's embedded CNC solution integrates the CNC Controller NC300 Series with advanced motion control technology. As the core of Delta's CNC solution, the NC300 Series can build a complete, flexible CNC system when matched with the AC Servo Drives ASDA-A2 Series, servo motors, and the AC Motor Drives M300 Series. Delta is also presenting its PC-Based CNC Solution for thermal cutting, glass cutting and woodworking processes with the Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) MH1 Series. As a high performance PC-based controller, the MH1 Series features highly efficient multi-axis control (up to max. 64 axes via EtherCAT) to simplify system architecture, reduce system construction cost, and increase operation efficiency for customers. Delta Press Conference with Global Media to Deliver “Green, Smart, Automation”

On the opening day of the exhibition, Delta held a press conference to meet with the global media. Mr. Yancey Hai, Delta's chairman, personally introduced Delta's development and progress in green energy, as well as the excellent results from Delta's energy saving solutions.

“In line with the COP21 Paris Agreement, we continue developing technologies capable of empowering the low-carbon economy. From 2010 to 2015, Delta's products and solutions helped customers save approximately 17.3B kWh in electricity and reduce carbon emissions by 9.2M tons. Delta's building automation solutions are able to integrate with HVAC systems, lighting, and energy management tools to improve energy efficiency. With these technologies, Delta's headquarters in the Americas has become the 1st net-zero energy green building in Fremont, California, USA”, remarked Mr. Hai.

In addition, Delta EMEA's president Mr. Jackie Chang talked about Delta's business expansion in the EMEA region. “Our energy-saving solution portfolio keeps growing organically but it is also expanding into areas with significant long-term potential. For example, the Hybrid E5 battery energy storage system maximizes the use of self-generated clean solar energy and our new EV charging solutions we have installed in Norway and other European countries support the growing EV sector. As for industrial automation in the EMEA region, we have built nine branch offices with 64 partners in 55 countries, meaning aggressive expansion in the Middle East and Africa. This year at Hannover Messe 2016, we are showcasing industrial robots with real application workstations, together with industrial Ethernet switches and cloud routers for building intelligent factories”, said Jackie.

Prepare for “Future Automation and Smart Manufacturing”

With years of internal integration and development of management systems, Delta has transformed from a component supplier to a system integration and solution provider. We now provide highly efficient, energy-saving automation solutions and a cloud platform for manufacturing and factories. Throughout the exhibition, Delta is telling the world that we are confident and ready for the future of “Smart Manufacturing” with our global partners and customers.

This year's partner country for Hannover Messe is the U.S.A., and President Barak Obama visited Hall 11, where Delta's booth is located, to see the state-of-the-art automation technologies. His visit brought even more visitors to Hall 11, and many of them came to Delta's booth and showed great interest in Delta's smart factory solution, robot stations and complete range of industrial automation products. The exhibition ended with many new business opportunities and it was a great success for Delta.
