Event Review: Delta IA Showcases Innovation and Brand Strength at SYSTEM CONTROL FAIR 2015

Delta Industrial Automation participated in “SYSTEM CONTROL FAIR 2015” from December 2nd to 4th in Tokyo, Japan. As a leader of global automation trends, Delta exhibited a variety of products supporting open-source communication protocols, such as the high speed, high precision servo drive with EtherCAT interface ASDA A2-E Series and the Programmable Automation Control (PAC) platform that enables a more effective industrial PC-based motion control solution. Delta also pre-released its newest generation of the Compact Vector Drive MS300 Series and MH300 Series. During the 3-day event, Delta received feedback from over 200 customers and increased its industry recognition as a global brand with solid innovation capabilities.

The Japanese market is dominated by a few well-known Japanese automation brands that promote a proprietary closed-source communication protocol. However, global market requirements are forcing more Japanese industry players to use open-source communication solutions to integrate with the world. To meet their demand, Delta continuously develops and provides various products supporting EtherCAT communication. In addition to the EtherCAT function, the Delta ASDA A2-E Series also features high performance and a wide range of power ratings to drive motors and is the ideal solution for multi-axis synchronization applications.

Delta's Programmable Automation Control (PAC) features a perfect integration of motion control and logic programming control. It enables better synchronization with EtherCAT and DMCNET communication and can connect to various slave modules and servo systems with either an EtherCAT or DMCNET network interface. These communication interfaces offer high response and high precision control for more flexible operation to meet smart industry trends.

Delta also exhibited its newest Compact Vector Drive MS300 Series and MH300 Series during the event. Smaller in size, and offering higher driving capability and enhanced reliability, the MS300 Series and MH300 Series are set for official release in early 2016 to surprise Delta's global customers.
