Counting down to the upcoming Hannover Messe 2018 from April 23rd ~ 27th, Delta is set to impress global visitors with “Smart Manufacturing” at stand no. A57, Hall 11. At the show Delta will exhibit its advanced solutions, products, and demos for smart, green factories, production lines and equipment. Highlights will include integrated factory automation, digitalization and energy management solutions, a smart production line demo, and a broad range of automation products for smart equipment.
For integrated factory automation, digitalization, and energy management, our smart factory solution contains the key elements of smart manufacturing, including machine automation, networking and communication, real-time equipment / production monitoring and management, and energy management. This solution highlights overall factory data collection and management via a SCADA system (DIAView), manufacturing execution system (DIAMES), overall equipment effectiveness management (DIAOEE), and industrial energy management system (DIAEnergie). The DIAEnergie system also appears in the energy management solution with our power meters that collect power consumption data for real-time monitoring, analysis, and management.
Another highlight at Delta's booth will be our new smart production line demo, which integrates the innovative idea of onsite production for customized gifts with flexible robot workstations, smart conveyor, IIoT technology, and monitoring platform. This 4-meter-width demo is mainly constructed with:
· Three robot workstations: Two Delta Articulated Robot DRV90L Series on the right and left side to execute feeding, processing, pick-and-place, and stocking, and one SCARA Robot DRS60L Series to complete the packaging;
· A smart conveyor built around the three robot workstations to flexibly dispatch fixtures to different robot workstations for synchronous multi-tasking processes, reducing machine idle time and greatly enhancing production efficiency.
All processes are executed according to customer orders given to our MES system (DIAMES) via PC, iPad or mobile phones. The real-time progress of production and equipment operation data can be monitored on a cloud platform and manufacturing management platform (DIAMMP). It is a true-to-life display of smart, digitalized production.
We will also present a broad range of advanced industrial automation products for smart equipment, including drives, motion systems, sensors, measurement devices, machine vision and 3D vision detection systems, robots, industrial controllers, industrial networking devices, and equipment IoT platform, along with robot workstations and machine automation solutions.
