Delta Electronics@@ 2005 May Sales Report Monthly Consolidated Revenues Total NT$ 5,594 Billion

Taipei, Taiwan, June 10, 2005 – Delta Electronics, Inc., today announced that its consolidated sales revenues for May 2005 totaled NT$ 5,594 million, representing a 35 percent increase as compared to NT$ 4,136 million for the same month last year and an increase of 1 percent as compared to NT$5,512 million of the previous month. Sales revenues were NT$ 4,965 million for China operations, NT$ 4,477 million for Taiwan operations, NT$ 556 million for networking operations, and NT$ 4,404 million for related party transactions in May 2005. The Company's cumulative consolidated sales revenues from January to May were NT$ 26,053 million, a 34 percent increase as compared to NT$ 19,485 million for the same period last year.
