Delta Electronics@@ 2005 April Sales Report Monthly Consolidated Revenues Total NT$ 5.512 Billion

Taipei, Taiwan, May 5, 2005 – Delta Electronics, Inc., today announced that its consolidated sales revenues for April 2005 totaled NT$ 5.512 billion, representing a 30 percent increase as compared to NT$ 4.241 billion for the same month last year and a decrease of 2 percent as compared to NT$ 5.616 billion of the previous month. Sales revenues were NT$ 5.207 billion for China operations, NT$ 4.661 billion for Taiwan operations, NT$ 617 million for networking operations, and NT$ 4.973 billion for related party transactions in April 2005. The Company's cumulative consolidated sales revenues from January to April were NT$ 20.459 billion, a 33 percent increase as compared to NT$ 15.349 billion for the same period last year.
