Delta Electronics@@ Board of Directors Approves Financial Statements for 1H of 2011

Taipei, Taiwan, August 18, 2011 -- Delta Electronics today held a meeting of the Board of Directors, which announced the approved 1H 2011 financial results and a change of the Compensation Committee members.

The Board approved the following:

1.The Company's audited 1H 2011 financial results, approved by the Board of Directors, were as follows: the Company's consolidated 1H 2011 sales revenues were NT$83,921,153,000, net income after tax NT$5,673,773,000, and earnings per share NT$2.36.

2.The Company's Board approved the modification of the Compensation Committee Regulations and a change of committee members. The Company's Independent Director, Mr. Y.C. Lo, will still be the Convener and Chairman of the Compensation Committee; the former members, Mr. Bruce Cheng and Mr. Fred Chai Yan Lee, will be replaced by Mr. Yong-Du Wei (General Manager of Wei Yong-Du CPA Firm, Independent Director of DelSolar Co., Ltd.) and Mr. Zhong-Ping Peng (President of Yuan Ze University, Independent Director of DelSolar Co., Ltd.). The effective date of the new members will be September 1st, 2011.
