Delta Electronics@@ December Sales Report Yearly Revenues Set a Record High of NT$ 56.474 Billion

Taipei, Taiwan, January 10, 2005 – Delta Electronics today announced that its consolidated sales revenues for December 2004 totaled NT$5.602 billion, representing a 29 percent increase as compared to NT$4.340 billion for the same month last year and a decrease of 5 percent as compared to NT$5.917 billion of the previous month. Sales revenues were NT$4.783 billion for China operations, NT$4.560 billion for Taiwan operations, NT$788 million for networking operations, and NT$4.529 billion for related party transactions in December 2004. The Company's 2004 full-year consolidated sales revenues reached a record high of NT$56.474 billion due to the growth of sales in major business segments, a 14 percent increase as compared to NT$49.542 billion in 2003.
