Delta Electronics, Inc. Announces Ex-Dividend Record Date

Taipei, Taiwan, June 30, 2008 -- Delta Electronics, Inc. (the Company) today announced that the ex-dividend record date for the Company will be on July 21, 2008. Based on the shareholder list of that day, 20 new shares (10 from retained earnings and 10 from capital reserve) and NT$5,500 cash will be distributed per 1,000 existing shares (NT$0.2 stock dividend and NT$5.5 cash dividend per share). The ex-dividend trading day will be July 15, 2008. The last registration transfer day is July 16, 2008. The block-out period for registration transfer is from July 17 to July 21, 2008.
