Delta Electronics@@ Board of Directors approves financial statements for 1Q-3Q of 2004

Delta Electronics today held a meeting of the Board of Directors, which announced the approved 1Q-3Q 2004 financial results as follows:

(1) The Company's consolidated 1Q-3Q 2004 sales revenues were NT$39,343,156,000, net income after tax NT$4,923,383,000, and earnings per share NT$3.11.

(2) The Company's stand-alone 1Q-3Q 2004 sales revenues were NT$32,440,390,000, net income after tax NT$4,923,383,000, and earnings per share NT$3.11.
