Taipei, Taiwan, October 27, 2006 -- Delta Electronics (the Company) today announced that the Board of Directors has approved 1-3Q 2006 financial results. The Company's consolidated 1-3Q 2006 sales revenues were NT$76,406,347,000, net income after tax NT$8,905,853,000, and earnings per share NT$4.52.
