Delta Electronics Receives Best in Corporate Governance Award

The award names Delta Electronics as one of Taiwan's exemplary companies based on a recent survey by Asset Benchmark Reasearch of over 100 leading institutional investors.

Good corporate governance indicates that a company conducts regular, detailed, and accurate finacial reporting, and in general, acts in the interest of their shareholders.
