Delta Group Introduces the Ultra-high Power Density
1"X 1" Industrial DC/DC Converter and Encapsulated Box Type 300W DC/DC Series at Hannover Messe 2013

Amsterdam, April 12, 2013 - Delta Group, a global leader in power and thermal management solutions, introduces the newest and one of the most innovative additions to its board mounted DC/DC power converters: the S24SE/S24DE family with ultra-high power density of up to 90% for a variety of critical industry applications. Delta has also launched its innovative box type DC/DC solution: the B62SR/B40SR/B70SR family that provides an ultra-wide input range solution for all electric powered vehicles. Both are featured at the Hannover Messe 2013 at Delta's booth (Stand A49, Hall 11) from April 8th to 12th.

With the launch of the 30W S24SE/S24DE, Delta pioneers in providing the highest power density of up to 90% for industrial input range in a 1"X1" isolated power converter. Created by Delta's worldwide R&D teams the power converter comes with optimized component placement, innovative design topologies, and a host of industry-standard features. Meeting UL60950-1 safety requirements, the S24SE/S24DE can sustain up to 1600VDC isolation voltage and has an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C. It is suitable for customers' critical applications such as process control and automation, transportation, data communication and telecom equipment, test equipment, and medical devices and equipment. Lower output power modules are also available to meet a variety of requirements.

For the box type DC/DC solution B62SR/B40SR/B70SR, Delta leads the industry in providing an ultra-wide input range solution for off-road electric powered vehicles. Delivering up to 300W output power, this innovative box type solution provides the highest efficiency of up to 89%, better than all competing products. It also helps customers save inventory cost by reducing various DC/DC model numbers that had to comply with counterpart battery types in the past. The B62SR/B40SR/B70SR family meets the UL60950-1 safety standard and has the CE mark. It is suitable for all industrial and commercial electric powered off-road vehicles such as forklift trucks, electric motorcycles, ground support equipment, golf carts, and sports equipment vehicle.
