Delta Promotes PMBus at 2007 Spring Intel Developer Forum

Taipei, Taiwan, April 18 2007 – Delta Electronics announced the availability of prototype power supplies supporting the PMBus™ standard at the 2007 Spring Intel Developer Forum (IDF) held April 17-18 at the Beijing International Convention Center. PMBus (Power Management Bus) is a new industry standard for power subsystem management.

Intel is promoting PMBus at IDF to drive market awareness and adoption of the first truly open communications standard for the digital control of power systems. Delta Electronics, a global leader in power electronics, is strongly committed to energy efficiency and has made many contributions to this field.
